Handbook & Enrollment (Please pick-up at our center)

You'll need our handbook, which details all of our center's policies, childcare instructions, emergency procedures, and fee schedules. Please read carefully and fill out all of the forms that you can at the end of the handbook to submit to us.

Child Enrollment Form

Please fill out one enrollment form per child and give us all of the information requested. Please read carefully and fill out all of the forms and submit back to us. We do not allow enrollment directly through the Internet, as we require meeting the parents or guardians in person before accepting placements.
